Awesome location

Great place great coffee and tea provided. The bathrooms have soap conditioner and shampoo. Place. Was really clean. We would stay there again.

Clean and cozy

This was the perfect house for me and my family. My daughter was getting married so we were there for a long weekend. There was plenty of room for our family to gather and enjoy time together. The house is centrally located making it easy to get to the downtown area. The house was very clean and tidy with a well stocked kitchen. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Great winter-break getaway!

Wow!! Fantastic stay here in Chico. My kids and I truly enjoyed the coziness of this wonderful Chico VRBO. We all had space to just simply relax, watch tv, talk with friends, play video games online with friends, sleep in comfy beds, sit by the fire, and eat a warm, home-cooked meal together. Ava and Anthony, thank you for an amazing experience for my kids and I. We are all fully re-energized to go back to school and work after a delightful stay in your VRBO.
