Luxury 4BR Family Home w/ King Suite + Game Room

Home provided a quiet home base for a warm Chico weekend. The AC worked great and made the house most comfortable. Lush green backyard.Would suggest a screen door on the back slider to keep the mosquitoes out when the sun goes down. Hosts communicated clear instructions well.

Beautiful house, quiet location, perfect for our trip! We had 4 adults and 5 kids, house was exactly what we needed, with room to spread out!

Very clean home. Had everything we needed. Game room with TV was far enough from the bedrooms that it didn't bug those trying to sleep. Was a great hub for us during all the wedding events of the weekend.

House was adequately stock, however a few point needed to be addressed. I would not say this is a luxury house by any means other than the air conditioning. That was top notch. Also all the beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. The couches in the living were more suited to college dorm rooms, very basic and not comfortable. Almost every chair in the kitchen felt ready to dump whomever gambled to sit in them. There were serious stains on the floors in the two smaller bedrooms. The bedding had stains. The bathroom towels smelled so bad I couldn’t use them. The tv was not hooked up to Netflix. We chose the house because we had 5 in our party. So come to discover there are only three bedrooms when it clearly states 4 and a game room was disappointing since someone had to sleep on the floor. Wished the listing was more honest so that I could have accommodated my family better. And how is it that the blinds are somehow broken in every room. Would not stay again.
