Great Place for Friends and Families!
Cute, updated, and comfortable place for we six girlfriends to stay! Plenty of beds with comfortable mattresses and plenty of towels too! We enjoyed the location! Close to downtown and Bidwell Park!
We would recommend staying here to any group of friends or families!

Chico
Place was clean, decor was nice, location was great. Only complaint was are a cooking family and there was limited cooking items.

Perfect place for family
The house was lovely and had everything we needed and more. It was perfect for the 6 adults. We came to build a wheelchair ramp for our brother who lives in Chico, and the house was close and convenient to him.

Perfect for families!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the layout perfect, with the big kitchen/living/dining area and our infants loved roaming around on the upstairs bean bags. The house was thoroughly clean and kitchen well stocked with everything you need.
We were walking distance from parks and downtown. When staying in Chico, it meets the needs for families.
